Your satisfaction with our winter wear is our priority. If your mixshe purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, our return policy is designed to be fair and straightforward.
Eligibility & Return Window
- Return Period: Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Returns received after this period will not be processed.

Condition Requirements:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition (no pilling, stains, or odors).
- Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact (e.g., the breathable bag for chunky sweaters).
- Dresses must not have altered hems or damaged zippers/buttons.
- Try-ons are allowed, but items with signs of wear (e.g., stretched necklines on turtlenecks) will be rejected.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email support@mixshe.store with your order number, clear photos of the item (including tags and any issues), and the reason for return (e.g., “size too small” or “color differs from website”).
- Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request within 2 business days. If approved, we’ll send a Return Authorization (RA) number, a prepaid return label (for U.S. orders), and detailed instructions.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely (using the original packaging if possible) and include the RA number. For international returns, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective item).
- Inspection & Processing: We’ll inspect the returned item within 5–7 business days of receipt. For knitwear, we check for pilling or stretching; for dresses, we verify fabric condition and hardware (e.g., zippers).
Refunds
- Approved Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 3 days of inspection approval.
- Partial Refunds: Items with minor flaws (e.g., a small loose thread in a sweater) may qualify for a 10–30% partial refund at our discretion.
- Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong size shipped).
Exchanges
To exchange an item (e.g., a larger size of the chunky turtleneck sweater), note your preference in your return request. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item, and we’ll prioritize processing it to minimize wait time.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items (marked “Final Sale” on the product page).
- Customized items (e.g., personalized embroidery).
- Items without original tags or packaging.
